1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

  • Online Qur’an classes
  • Tajweed training
  • Hifz programs
  • Arabic language lessons
  • Islamic Studies courses

All classes are conducted by qualified tutors through live online sessions.

3. Registration Requirements

To enroll, you must provide accurate information such as:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Age (for children)
  • Country and timezone
  • Course and schedule preference

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services.

4. Class Scheduling & Attendance

  • Classes are scheduled based on mutually agreed timings
  • Students must attend classes on time
  • Late arrival will not extend session time
  • Schedule changes must be requested in advance

5. Trial Classes

We offer 1–2 free trial classes. After the trial, students must select a monthly plan to continue.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Fees must be paid in advance for each month
  • Payments are non-refundable once classes begin
  • Missed classes are not refundable unless the tutor was absent
  • Secure third-party payment gateways are used

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • Cancellation before the first paid class starts
  • The tutor repeatedly misses scheduled sessions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Student absences
  • Internet issues on the student’s side
  • Last-minute cancellations
  • Discontinuation mid-month

8. Conduct & Behavior

Students and tutors must maintain respectful and Islamic etiquette during classes. Any abusive language, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination of services.

9. Tutor Replacement

If a student is not satisfied with their tutor, we will arrange a replacement upon request.

10. Use of Study Materials

All study materials are for personal use only and may not be:

  • Shared
  • Copied
  • Sold
  • Published online

without written permission.

11. Child Safety

  • Parents may observe sessions anytime
  • Tutors follow strict professional guidelines
  • No personal contact outside class is allowed

12. Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • Working device (mobile/laptop/tablet)
  • Audio and camera setup (if required)

Technical issues on the student’s side are not grounds for refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

IslamicTutorOnline is not liable for technical issues beyond our control, third-party service failures, personal actions of tutors outside class sessions, or any indirect or incidental damages.

14. Policy Changes

IslamicTutorOnline reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
